Mobile Grooming Cancellation Policies:
- Notice Requirement: We require at least 24-48 hours' notice.
- Service Refusal: If a dog is too matted or aggressive, service may be refused.
- Arrival Windows: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for handing over your pet; beyond that, you may incur fees.
- Excessive Cancellations: Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the client list.
- Weather/Equipment: In rare cases, the mobile groomer may cancel due to equipment failure or dangerous weather.
